Attendance at SOF Dive is restricted to invited guests only
*The policy of both the facility and SOF Dive mandates that individuals must hold a valid diver certification to engage in any water activities requiring the use of scuba equipment and/or air bottles. A diving certification is NOT required to attend SOF Dive.
*SOF Dive would like to share your attendance with our other invited guests to provide additional networking opportunities for you within our event. No guest information will be shared with the general public.
REMINDER: All individuals attending SOF Dive must complete this registration form as well as 2 waivers. The first waiver is for the event, the second is required by the facility hosting the event. Links to complete each waiver will be emailed to you upon completion of registration and also available on the SOF Dive webpage.
