Emergency Evacuation Stairway (EES)
The Emergency Evacuation Stairway (EES) is a compact, foldable staircase that provides an alternate access point to and from the top of the ramp surface. Once deployed, the EES allows for faster egress capability and is easy for civilians to negotiate. Handrails are included for safety.

Bull Bar and Winch Package
The Bull Bar mounts to the front of the vehicle, providing frontal impact protection and permits the mounting of Go-Lights. The Winch includes a 100 ft synthetic rope, hook and remote control. It has a pulling capacity of 9,500 lbs.
Four-Pump Hydraulic System
The addition of two (2) hydraulic pumps provide all four-ramp sections (2-main, 2-extension) with dedicated pumps. This provides for faster, simultaneous ramp operation and is a redundant backup.
Crew Area Canvas
The canvas shroud located over the rear crew area protects personnel from the sun and other elements. It also obscures the crew members from public view and is black in color.
Tactical Ladder System (TLS)
The Tactical Ladder System (TLS) is an expandable ladder that allows the operator to reach beyond the capability of the ramp. The TLS can be used on the end of the ramp via Accessory Mount Yokes, on the MER using the 360° Tactical Turret, and/or on the Side Deployment Rails (SDR). The TLS is available in 2 meter, 3 meter or 4 meter sections and each includes specialized hardware that allows the connection of multiple TLS segments to form a taller Tactical Ladder.

360° Tactical Turret
The Tactical Turret is a 360° rotating carriage base that allows operators to deploy the Tactical Ladder System (TLS) at any angle. The base can be mounted onto any ramp's level Grip Strut deck surface. Slider pads allow for effortless rotation to quickly adjust ladder direction and angle when approaching target.
Extended Access Stairway (EAS)
The Extended Access Stairway (EAS) mounts to the MER and provides stairway access to high elevations beyond the ramp (maximum height varies by host vehicle). The EAS is ideal for gaining entry to the upper doors of the B747 and A380 aircraft.

Side Deployment Rails (SDR)
Side Deployment Rails (SDR) are linear rails that mount to both sides of the ramp providing side deployment of the TLS. Each SDR system comes with two sliding ladder carriages. If desired, both carriages can be used on the same rail and additional carriages can be added to achieve multi-ladder deployment. TLS not included.

Side Assault System (SAS)
The Side Assault System (SAS) is a height-adjustable personnel platform that mounts to either the driver or passenger side of the vehicle, positioning operators for bus/train and tubular assaults. Optimum height can be selected depending on target vehicle; city bus, school bus, double decker bus, ect. SDR and RETRAX Running Boards are required to mount the SAS.

Fast Assault Suspension Tower (FAST)
The Fast Assault Suspension Tower (FAST) mounts to the MER and provides for quick deployment down a fast rope to gain access over fences, walls and other barriers up to 23 feet in height. A military grade, braided fast rope is included. MER is required for mounting.

SAS and FAST Storage
When not mounted to the vehicle, the SAS and FAST can be disassembled and stowed in the Saddle Box and lockable Seat Boxes underneath the rear deck of the MARS RDD. Hard mounted fasteners ensure the equipment easily hangs quickly and stays secured. RDD Saddle Box and Seat Boxes required.
RETRAX Running Boards
The RETRAX Running Boards provide standing space for 3-4 team members per vehicle side, allowing for rapid deployment without the need to climb in/out of the vehicle. Attached to the underside of the vehicle, they can be easily deployed when needed or tucked away for normal driving.
Observation Sniper Bench (OSB)
The Observation Sniper Bench (OSB) is a platform that allows operators an elevated view of the target from the top of the ramp. It can be rotated 360° manually and has full adjustability to compensate for ramp angle to provide a level shooting position. The OSB easily attaches to the accessory mount on the front of the ramp or to the SDR. The rifle platform is 24" x 36".

Ramp Illumination Markers (RIM)
Ramp Illumination markers (RIM) can be installed along the perimeter of the ramps edge to help guide users during low/no-light operations. The markers do not require electronic installation and can last more than 10 years.
Windshield Armoring
Patriot3 provides windshield armoring for increased protection for driver and front passenger. This option includes the installation of a curved "No-Spall" transparent armor windshield with an NIJ3 threat protection.
Run Flat Inserts
The Run Flat Inserts are installed and attached to the vehicle's wheels to counteract the effects of deflation in the event of air pressure loss. These inserts are able to support the weight of the vehicle if the tire(s) become deflated. The standard option includes the mounting of inserts to four (4) wheels; two (2) fronts and two (2) rears. Additional inserts can be installed on vehicles with more than four (4) wheels, including a spare tire.
Dynamic Distraction Lighting (DDL)
Dynamic Distraction Lighting (DDL) is used to distract, disorient and divert the attention of adversaries. The DDL system comes complete with high-intensity LED light heads mounted to height adjustable mounting poles. The system can be installed on the driver or passenger side of the vehicle and can also be used on the MER. MSL required for MER mounting.
Ramp Ballistic Panels (RBP)
The Ramp Ballistic Panels (RBP) are mounted to the lower end of the ramp deck surface. Spring assists allow the operator to easily pivot the panels upward to protect personnel or downward to give access to the ramp. The RBP's provide NIJ3 threat protection.

Situational Awareness Camera (SAC)
The Situational Awareness Camera (SAC) is a wide-angle, closed circuit camera in a protective housing mounted to the rear of the ramp staging are providing the driver with a full view of the operators on top of the ramp. It allows for critical decisions based on real time images. Additional camera options available upon request.
MER Supplemental Lighting (MSL)
The MER Supplemental Lighting (MSL) utilized DDL light heads mounted to the left and right side of the MER(s), illuminating the target close up in either a steady on or flash pattern. MSL includes and electric connector package and component mounts.
Aircraft Tie-down Rings
Aircraft Tie-down Rings are installed on the vehicle's chassis and ramp system to secure the vehicle during land, sea or air transport. Depending on the vehicles size and weight, 4-10 Mil-Spec Rings are installed at key points that can support up to 25,000 lbs. The MARS RDD on a Ford F-550 is air transport certified by the US Air Force ATTLA Program.
Wireless Ramp Controller (WRC)
Patriot3's newest high-speed option, the WRC, provides for high-band wireless operation of the ramps from up to 300 ft away. Utilizing a 902-928 MHz band and over 4000 receiver codes, the WRC is sure to provide uninterrupted wireless control.
Roll Up Storage Locker
The Roll Up Storage Locker provides security as well as easy access and a full view of your mission ready equipment. Constructed of powder coated aluminum, it's designed to keep equipment safe from the elements and from theft. The Locker interior contains one (1) long fixed shelf, two (2) adjustable shelves and a strong lockable door. Interior dimensions: 29"H x 84"W x 16"D.
Go Lights Kit
The Go Light Kit provides the vehicle operator with two (2) powerful remote controlled spot lights. Each Go Light includes CR5 Pentabeam Technology providing 225,000 Candela, a max beam distance of 3,113 ft and a 8° beam angle. The lights are operated by dash mounted controls that allow the lights a 370° rotation and a 135° tilt.
Run Black Switch
The Run Black Switch provides a "kill switch" for all vehicles lights during mission when stealth is required. A red switch guard is also installed to prevent accidental activation.
